The more I look through our photos, a theme seems to be emerging.

I didn't notice because I was resigning myself to meeting Jesus that day. It is very scary to hold your firstborn with one hand, hold on for dear life with the other as the horse cantered/trotted/galloped... (probably was just walking).

| These people are my favorite. This Eva N. (Ball) Holtkamp. I think she also was married to a Wilson, so I am not sure if this is husband Wilson or husband Holtkamp. I don't know if they never had children or if their children died. In her obituary it says she is survived by one sister (my grandma) and six nieces and nephews. My dad would be one of the nephews, so there are five unaccounted for! Any New Mexico Holtkamps out there? |
