I was trying to get her out the front door today, and she somehow managed to close the front door on me. I was outside, still holding the leash, while she was inside pressed up against the door!
My muscles are aching from the workout she gave me. I might need to go back to chihuahuas. :)
These babies with trust issues can be quite challenging. It just takes time and patience. Whatever progress Madison makes under your loving tutelage, she will be happier and safer than ever before. You are her angel. I am sending out positive thoughts to the both of you.

ReplyDeleteShe is already improving. She had been fostered in a big house with the president of our rescue. In this small house, she is forced to deal with us. :)
